This central objective will be achieved through the development and implementation of a quality management system based on the international standard, ISO 9001- 2008, and dedication to continuous improvement.

The fundamental requirement of this system calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees in accordance with formalized processes and documented procedures.

The management will review the processes at planned intervals and provide the resources necessary to ensure its Continued sustainability.

Our operations are currently based on functional departments reflecting the life cycle of a project: from the start of a project, following through its various development stages up to maturity and then decommissioning.

This model makes our team responsible for assets which lead to better focus, shorter communication lines and clearer accountability.
